Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and DataRun Group LLC, SC. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

RequestInk is a marketplace that helps clients connect with tattoo artists and shops. We provide tools for browsing artist profiles, submitting tattoo briefs, and managing requests. We do not provide tattoo services ourselves and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any artist or shop you connect with through the Service.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, portfolios, and availability. All content posted by users must not infringe on third-party rights, be defamatory, obscene, illegal, or violate these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

When you submit a tattoo brief or contact request, you agree to provide accurate information about your project. Any agreement, booking, payment, or dispute between a client and an artist is solely between those parties. RequestInk is not a party to any transaction or contract between users.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content;
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission; or
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

The Service and its contents, including logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by DataRun Group LLC, SC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to use it to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse or verify the qualifications of any artist listed on the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataRun Group LLC, SC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataRun Group LLC, SC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
